FITNESS FRIDAY BLOG!!
Hi Guys and Welcome to today's blog post, i hope you are all having a great day. The weekend is upon us yet again, i hope you all have lovely plans for it. On Sunday, i'm going on a 5K Charity Dog walk in Aid of some Animal Rescue Shelters. I'm looking forward to it as its all for Charity and as its a Dog Walk, i'm going to bringing my dog Jack as out of the 4 dogs which i have he is the one that gets on really well with other dogs and people. I'll update you all how we got on in Monday's Blog. Back to today's blog, so as its Friday, it can only mean one thing its the 'Fitness Friday Blog'....keeping with the walking theme of this blog. I'm going to be sharing with Part 2 of the WALKING BLOG. For this one i'm going to be sharing with you WHAT TO WEAR WHEN WALKING and i will also be sharing with you a BEGINNER TRAINING PROGRAM too help get started.
WHAT TO WEAR WHEN WALKING??
When it comes to Walking, Comfort and Practicality are the key qualities you should look for when choosing the right clothes. The goal is to enjoy walking and to be totally unaware of what you are wearing. Having the right shoes and clothes can go a long way in making you feel comfortable and excited about going walking. Purchasing Light-Weight, Non-Cotton Clothes that can let you move around comfortably. Cotton Clothes absorb sweat and will leave you feeling damp and very uncomfortable.
My personal preference when it comes to Walking, is too wear a pair of Leggings as they are so comfortable, a Tank Top and a Sweater. The Runners i wear our Skechers Flex Fit Black and Pink, i find these brilliant for walking in, they give you great posture and flex with your feet when out walking.
