WEDNESDAY REVIEW: TESCO SOFTENING COCOA BUTTER BODY LOTION!!

Hi Guys and Welcome to Today's blog post, I hope you are all having a lovely Wednesday!! For today's blog post, I'm going to be doing something a bit different to every other Wednesday's blog post I do!! This week I'm going to be reviewing a product that I have been using over the last 3 weeks or so which I want to share with you all!! YAY

So.....has any of you tried TESCO SOFTENING BODY LOTION WITH COCOA BUTTER??

Well...as you can all probably guess I have...and I thinks its brilliant.....WHY you may ask...Well that's because it is just as good as the likes of other brands I have tried out on my skin in the past such as Nivea, Vaseline and Palmers Cocoa Butter Lotion.

So let me tell you all the reason why I think its this good??

I have been using the likes of VASELINE COCOA RADIANT BODY LOTION for over a year now and although it does work really well on my skin leaving it feeling soft and glowing. 

I have always wanted to try a different yet cheaper brand to see if there is any difference between the one that is pricey and the one that is way more cheaper!! And that is exactly what I did!!

So I went in to TESCO, one of the days as I had been running low on my Cocoa Radiant Body Lotion as I tend to apply it to my skin everyday, especially after I have showered. When I was their that was when I spotted Tesco's Brand of Cocoa Butter Lotion, so I decided what the heck I'll just give it a try to see what the difference is between that and the VASELINE COCOA RADIANT BODY LOTION that I have been using for the past year or so.

After using it on my skin for the past 3 weeks or so, I'm bowled over as to how good it really is, taking into consideration how cheap it is. The lotion combines of cocoa butter and vitamin E and helps soften my skin once I have applied it.

And here is Why....

First and foremost the price is some what a lot cheaper at €1.69, which is available at most Tesco stores, I'm not too sure if it is available in the smaller express stores!! Another plus is that you get 400ml in the bottle which is massively good value compared to other brands.  The bottle is a light browny colour with a flip lid which keeps the lotion sealed so that it doesn't leak.  

The lotion combines of cocoa butter and vitamin E and helps smooth and soften the skin. It is also non-greasy and easily absorbed too. To use it you just need to apply it to your skin as you would with any other lotion you would use. 

Another bonus with this lotion is the fact that it has a real thick texture when you compare it to other cocoa butter lotions.

It goes on easily to your skin and you don't need to use a lot of it, when applied to your skin then massage it in until absorbed.

Its absorbs really quickly into the skin so you can get dressed pretty much right away after applying, which is a huge bonus for me as I do be in a rush most mornings. The scent isn't as strong as other cocoa brands such as Palmers or Nivea, but you do however get a great scent of the cocoa from it. 

The scent stays on my skin throughout the day, it keeps my skin feeling moisturised too which I love. It feels really nice and makes my skin feel really soft and best of all it doesn't feel greasy and it doesn't clog the pores which some lotions can.

How long does the 400ml bottle last??

I have only been using it for around 3 weeks now, and its half full as I tend to use it everyday on my skin. Normally with the other brands that I have used in the past, they would probably be coming to the end of the bottle now. So the benefit with this brand is that it lasts longer because its a 400ml bottle.

How much does it cost??

I paid €1.69 for this bottle, which is amazing value considering its a 400ml bottle.

Does it leave your skin feeling soft throughout the day??

Yes it leaves my skin feeling incredible soft throughout the day and even though I am only using it for the past 3 weeks, I am really noticing the difference in how soft my skin is now that I am using it on a regular basics.

Would you buy it again??

Yes I will be buying this again as it's going to be my new regular body lotion. To be honest, I am so glad that I am using this on my skin as I can see the results of how good it really is.

Would you recommend this body lotion to a Friend and other Bloggers??

I would defiantly recommend this to a Friend and other Bloggers, you all have to try this as it really does work, don't be afraid of buying the cheaper brands...try them and see how you get on!!
