Weekend Visit to the Lavender Farm 'A Sea of Purple'

Happy Tuesday to you all!! I hope you are all having a lovely day so far. 

So i'm officially back at work as i took a week holidays last week. So rather then going to a hot country and topping up the tan i decided to take a few day's off and spend them at home catching up on some blogging and exploring some of Ireland's attractions instead.

One of the attractions i did visit over my holidays was the beautiful Wexford Lavender Farm in Gorey. Priory to my visit i had heard so much about this place and i was intrigued to take a visit as i'm a huge fan of the scent of Lavender and i was not disappointed.

As soon as we pulled up to the Lavender farm we were greeted by a 'Sea of Purple' and the scent and smells were amazing. We began our trip by walking around the fresh lavender and admiring the views on offer and also taking quite a lot photos too!! 

Next we then had an adventure through the Woodland Walk, which was lovely as there is so much to see, plus they even had the fairy walk which is great for kids. We also got see some of the farm Animals as well which was really nice.
