GLOSSYBOX UNBOXING POST: DECEMBER COLLECTORS EDITION 2016

Hello my Lovelies,

Welcome along to today's post, i hope you are all having a lovely day so far. How was everyone's weekend, i hope you all had a lovely one, i had a great weekend in which i enjoyed an overnight stay at the North Star Hotel in Dublin along with tickets to 'The Ugly Sisters & Yer Wan' Panto which was on in the Olympia in Dublin. It was a lovely treat before Christmas.

Moving on to today's post and now that we are just 6 days away from Christmas Day, i'm going to be sharing with you all the last Glossybox Unboxing Post for this year. So this months box is the December Collector's Edition Box from Glossybox.

The box itself is a gold and white designed box with 'Mistletoe Kisses' engraved on the side of the box. I actually love the design of this month's box as its both very Elegant and Chrismassy!!

Now on to what is in this months box and first up is this months Editorial Piece which is edited by Evie Leatham who is the Editorial Director at Glossybox UK. 

She introduces us to this months box where she mentions that in this months Collector's Edition Box we'll find 'the most flattering shade of deep plum that money can buy' and that 'this perfect edit of products will allow us to create a complete look for the festivities ahead'. 

On to the products inside this month's box........

MDM FLOW SEMI MATTE LIPSTICK IN VAMP

So up first out of this months box and its this Semi-matte Lipstick from MDM Flow which is a new range created by Florence Adepoju. The range not only includes Lipsticks but it also includes Mascara's that are inspired by hip hop and formulated using the latest colour and skincare technology, meaning it feels as good as it look. 

A couple of weeks ago Glossybox gave each subscriber the choice of what shade they wanted to receive in this months box as there was a choice of a nude shade or a wine shade another wise known as 'Vamp'. I opted to go for the 'Vamp' Shade as i'm a huge lover of Red and Wine shades when it comes to choosing Lipsticks. Plus it will complete any Winter look too.

ESSENCE 'LIGHT UP YOUR FACE' LUMINIZER PALETTE

Next up is this 'Light Up Your Face' Luminizer Palette from Essence. As a huge lover of Essence's Products i was delighted to open this month's box and see this inside. This strobing trio can be applied individually or in combination over the cheekbones, down the bridge of the nose and above the cubit's bow. 

Each of the three powders have varying degrees of highlight, from a Light Pearl to a Golden Glow giving you the versatility to go from a day look to a night look. I'm looking forward to trying out this product in some of my looks especially my festive looks.

LIPCOTE BROWCOTE

On to the third product out of this month's box and its this Water Proof Brow Sealer 'Browcote' from Lipcote. This new Waterproof transparent gel tames and sets brows and eyebrow makeup for hours. 

The Brush Wand applicator glides on easily, tidying brows as it goes and setting the shape for a weightless finish that last's. As a fan of everything Brows related i will no doubt love using this to set my Brow product on my brows.

GOSH MONO EYESHADOW IN SAND

Next is this Mono Eyeshadow in the shade 013 Sand from Gosh. Partner your lips with this subtle shade. 

The shade itself is rich enough to draw attention to your eyes while still allowing your lips to do the talking.

LAVERA NATURKOSMETIK BASIS SENSITIVE ALL-ROUND CREAM

The last product from this months box is this Basis Sensitive All-Round Cream from Lavera Naturkosmetik. This ultra-rich moisturiser can be used on both your face and body, enriched with organic Shea butter and almond oil, it hydrates the skin and locks in moisture, creating a smooth even base for Makeup especially during the cold winter weather you can also use it over dry skin.
