WHAT I ATE WEDNESDAY!! {29.07.15}

Hi my Lovelies,

Welcome to today's What I Ate Wednesday Post!! I hope you are all having a great day!! Yesterday i was meant to record a vlog about the this months Glossy Box that i had received (for my Beauty Tuesday Blog) but i didn't get a chance to do one because i had purchased a new camera for all my vlogging over on my channel but the camera didn't come with a memory card...ugh!! So as soon as i get my new memory card for it i will upload it ASAP!! That's a promise!!

So moving swiftly as it's Wednesday, it can only mean it's......WHAT I ATE WEDNESDAY!!

Breakfast
For Breakfast this its the same as last week, a bowl of Cornflakes with a light dusting of sugar and some low-fat milk. This morning i decided have a Cappuccino before heading to work, i decided to have a half a cup as i usually have a coffee in work too and i also had a glass of water with some limes chopped up in it too to kick start the day!!

Early Morning Snack
For my early Morning Snack I had a Crunch Gala Apple and a Cappunccino in the office!!

Lunch/Dinner
For Lunch I had Penne Chicken Arrabiata in a medium spicy Tomato and Herb Sauce, then on the side i had a portion of Crispy Potato Croquettes!! Yummy!!

Snack
For my Evening snack i decided to treat myself considering i worked off  444 calories in the gym so i decided to have a packed of O'Donnell Hand Cooked Crisps in the flavour Mature Irish Cheese and Red Onion!!
