ALL ABOUT THE BROWS!!
Hello My Lovelies.....
Hope you all had a great weekend!! I went out for a lovely meal with the girls on Saturday Night, we went to a restaurant called #PlatformPizza which is a busy little place located on the Seafront in Bray. I have to honestly say the food was delicious and very yummy indeed, I can't wait to eat their again really soon!!
Moving on............
For today's blog post i'm going to share with you my updated version on HOW I MAINTAIN MY NATURAL BROWS on a daily basic's!!
STEP 1: I firstly start off by taken a Cotton Pad and some Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water. I apply a small amount to the cotton pad and rub over my eyebrows to remove any access make-up that may be already on my brows. Its always key to do this as its best to start off with nice clean brows!!
Usually if i was going out shopping/night out i would normally apply my Foundation/Pressed Powder before doing my Brows, but in this case i'm just working a clean/bare face today!!
STEP 2: Next, if your only new to doing your Brows or if its your first time trying out different products on your brows, i would defiantly recommended you try this technique before starting on your brows. Take a brush and place it along the side of your nose to find where your brows should ideally start, do this for the other side as well. Then angle the brush from the outside of your nose to the outer corner of your eye to find where your brows should end, do this also for the other side too!!
And now you are ready to start on your Brows........
STEP 3: Start off by brushing your brows up with a spoolie, this usually helps you to see the shape you like and to see where your brows could be uneven!!
STEP 4: Next i use short dashes (light strokes) to mimic your natural hairs, softly fill in any sparse areas with a pencil of you choice. I use this Eyebrow Designer by Essence in the shade Black 01, this type of shade works well with my brows as it matches quite well with my brow hairs and the color of my hair too. I would suggest that you choose a color that matches your brows or your hair color, so they look really natural in color!! Fill in really lightly so that it barley looks like its even there on your brows!!
STEP 5: Take an Angled Brush & a similar Color Pressed Powder to define them even more, in this case i'm using a Black Eyeshadow Powder Pot from Bourjois in the Shade Black 06. Light strokes here again, keeping them looking very natural in color!!
STEP 6: Now its time to brush through your brows again, using your Spoolie to start blending out the color on your brows by using a blending motion, this will help soften any harsh lines!!
STEP 7: Once i have filled in my brows, its time to clean up the edges. For doing this you can either use a Concealer or a Highlighter, in my case i'm going to apply a Concealer. Here i'm going to use my Crown Concealer Palette, and i'm just going to take a shade that matches my skin tone and apply it under my brow bone and also above to create more definition!!
I hope you guys enjoyed today's blog on ALL ABOUT THE BROWS!! I hope that you got some good ideas on how to maintain your Brows by keeping them as natural as you can!! All products that i have mention above are available just click on the product name and it will bring you to the site as to where you can purchase them!!
