WHAT I ATE WEDNESDAY!!

Hi Guys and Welcome to today's blog post on WHAT I ATE WEDNESDAY!! I hope you are all having a really good day!!

BREAKFAST
For Breakfast i had a Bowl of Rice Krispies with low fat milk and some apple juice.


LUNCH
On to Lunch, now that i'm working full time i never really seem that interested in Lunch, i get bored eating the same lunch every week. So for this weeks lunch i'm having 3 Ryvita Sesame Crackers and 2 Gala Apples followed by a lot of water....very healthy indeed!!


DINNER
For today's Dinner i had a piece of Steak with a Vegetable and Noodle Stir Fry with no sauce, i'm a very plain eater.


SNACK
For today's Snack i had a Cup of Hot Chocolate, just before bed!! I find it the best way to help me sleep!!
