WHAT I ATE WEDNESDAY!!

Hi Guys and Welcome to today's blog, i hope you are all having a great day. For today's blog post i'm going to be sharing with you all WHAT I ATE WEDNESDAY!!

BREAKFAST
As its another working day, i just had my usual bowl of Rice Krispies with Low Fat Milk and a glass of Apple Juice.

LUNCH
For Lunch i had this Home-made Salad, which has Italian Style Mixed Leaves, Cherry Tomatoes, Spring Onion, Red Onion, Yellow Peppers, Chicken and Sweetcorn. I also added a spoonful of Sunflower Seeds to it too and for a drink i had a bottle of water....very healthy indeed!!

DINNER
For Dinner i had some Home-made Chips and three slices of Fajita Chicken Pizza, this was my treat for the week as i have been very good in eating healthily all week and including the weekend too!!
