MY FITNESS FRIDAY BLOG!!

Hi Girls and Welcome to Friday's Blog, i hope you are all having a great day. So the weekend is upon us again, i hope you all have lovely plans for it.  I'm going to do some much needed shopping ( I don't know where yet) but i will share with all of you what i got in Monday's Blog.  Anyway back to today's blog, i'v had my thinking cap on for the last couple of weeks and i'v decided to do a FITNESS BLOG, which i'm going to be posting here every Friday.....that's why i'm calling it FITNESS FRIDAY (clever me!!) So basically every Friday i'm going to be doing a Fitness Blog, which is going to relate to everything Fitness. Below i have answered some questions relating to my Personnel Fitness along with some Tips and an Introduction into what to expect in these FITNESS FRIDAY BLOGS!!



WHY DO A FITNESS BLOG??
This has been something i'v wanted to do for a while now and with it been Spring its the perfect time to get healthy and fit.

DO YOU DO A FITNESS WORKOUT??
Personally when someone mentions workouts, fitness and health, i sometimes say to myself am i doing enough....and the answer i like to give is YES!! I love to workout and go for really long walks.  I try to keep to a 3 day Workout Plan, but sometimes i do be busy and i don't get the chance to do a workout, so i just tend to go for a longer walk at the weekend to make up for it.

DO YOU GO TO YOUR LOCAL GYM??
I use to go to the Gym, but i don't now as i no the membership will probably go to waste, so instead i have a workout plan that i do at home which i like to stick to.  If you are like me and don't like going to the Gym/ you can't afford membership or you don't have the time, then purchasing some Home Gym Equipment is a great idea.

DO YOU HAVE ANY HOME GYM EQUIPMENT??
I do, i bought a Cross Trainer around 3 or 4 years ago which i use in my workout plan all the time, along the way i'v also bought Weights, a Gym Ball, Exercise Mats, Ab Roller, Exercise Bike and other Toning Equipment stuff to keep me interested in the whole Workout Plan and of course to keep me motivated.

WHY BUY HOME GYM EQUIPMENT??
I find buying Home Gym Equipment a great idea as you can Workout in your own home. Also Home Gym Equipment can be quite affordable too, with the likes of Argos they usually have sales on some of there Equipment quite regularly, which is a great help. But hey we all cant afford a Cross Trainer or Treadmill so by buying a basic Workout Mat, that can be a great start to achieving a good Workout with the help of a great Workout Plan too.

HOW DO YOU KEEP YOURSELF MOTIVATED??
I keep myself Motivated by setting myself targets and goals, i also change around my Workout Plan by adding new Workouts so it doesn't get too boring.


Now on to some of MY WORKOUT TIPS i would like to share with all of you....
  • Keep yourself Motivated
  • Set a Target you want to achieve....and stick to it!!
  • Set Goals to suit you
  • Chart your progress
  • Eat Healthy 
  • and try to enjoy your Workouts!
