Hey Guys, Welcome to Fridays Blog, I hope you are all having a really great day!! Is it just me or has this week flown in, I hope you all have great plans for your weekend!! So did anyone see the pictures from this years People's Choice Awards 2014, WOW there was some great Fashion on show, one person stood out a mile and that was Jennifer Hudson, she looked stunning in a curve-hugging white number... Back to Today's Blog, I'm going to be sharing with all of you My Really Simple Chicken Stir Fry Meal....

So here are the ingredients I'm going to use: 

Mixed Vegtable Stir Fry (Onion, Cabbage, Carrots & Beansprouts)
1 Red Pepper
Mushrooms
Fresh Noodles
2 Chicken Fillets
Sauce of your Choice 


STEP 1: First heat your pan/wok with oil (I use flora cuisine which I feel is a lot healthier) then slice your chicken into medium sized pieces.


STEP 2: Then place in your pan/wok and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden, also season your Chicken with Salt/Pepper too.


STEP 3: While your Chicken is cooking next chop your Red Pepper.


STEP 4: And chop your Mushrooms


STEP 5: Once your Chicken is cooked, then leave on a plate with some kitchen paper for the oil to drain from the Chicken.



STEP 6: Next mix the peppers and mushrooms in with the Mixed Vegtable Stir Fry.


STEP 7: Next place your Vegtable Stir Fry into your Pan/Wok along with some oil and cook for about 5 minutes.


STEP 8: Next add the fresh Noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes, then add your cooked chicken and the sauce of your choice to the stir fry and stir over the heat.


STEP 9: Then serve
