Make your Own Candle Holders!!

Hi Guys and Welcome to day 3 of the Christmas Blog, I hope you our all having a great day.  For today's blog I'm going to be showing you guys how to make these really cute Christmas Can Candle Holders. I think these candle holders our lovely when there hanging from a wall during this festive time.

So first here's what your going to need:

1 Can
Sellotape (you can use Pritt Stick too)
String
Ribbon (Design choice is yours)
Scissors
1 Tea-light Candle

STEP 1: First take off the label of the empty can, next take some string and attach it around either ends of the can (this will help with the balancing of the can, if you want to hang it from a wall).

STEP 2: Next take your chosen ribbon. Sellotape one part of the ribbon to the outside of the can and wrap around it until the ribbon covers the whole can.

STEP 3: To make the Candle Holder look more Festive, I decided to wrap some White Ribbon around the can creating a striped effect like so. Place the White Ribbon at the top of the can and apply some sellotape to secure it. Next wrap it around the can creating a striped effect, then finish off by sellotaping the end of it so that its secure too.

STEP 4: Next, place a Tea-light Candle in the inside of the can. (Ideally these Candle Holders would be more secure if they were hung from a wall).

I hope you all liked today's Christmas Blog, it's a bit different from all the other blogs I've done in the past.  Let me know what you thought of it and how you all got on with making them in the comment box below or tweet me @fabulous_and Make sure to check back tomorrow for another Christmas Blog.
